I once thought I was a good teacher—until I realized my students were simply memorizing material rather than truly understanding it. The question was: who was to blame? The students? The content? In this talk, I’ll share how I came to the painful realization that the real culprit was my teaching approach. I’ll also demonstrate how I’ve adjusted my methods to improve student engagement and performance.
