Improving science education for medical students is an important part of the curriculum transformation at Vanderbilt. Dr. Mazur has devoted a considerable part of his physics research groupâs efforts to investigating effective ways of improving teaching and learning in the sciences. He will share some of his findings at the April Grand Rounds.
Please note: This Medical Education Grand Rounds is on a Thursday and is a combined event of the Flexner Deanâs Lecture Committee and Medical Education Grand Rounds. Dr. Mazur will be awarded the John E. Chapman Medal after his presentation.
